Please join us at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, for "Stop The Hate: Remembering the Victims in Pittsburgh," an interfaith and multicultural memorial service, coordinated by Central Florida Jewish organizations and the Greater Orlando Board of Rabbis. This community event, hosted by Congregation of Reform Judaism, will demonstrate Central Florida's solidarity with the Pittsburgh Jewish community in the wake of Saturday's attack at the Tree of Life synagogue, and feature a call to action against hate speech. Holy Smokes: An interactive and fun activity that’s all about getting a “Torah”
Open to all ages to participate. A role playing and creative program where individuals and families will stand at Mt. Sinai or climb Mt. Sinai. How as the Torah given? Who got it? Who gave it? Was there thunder and lighting and smoke and clouds there? Come find out and search for the Torah. You might even see a golden calf! And since it will take 40 days and 40 nights dinner will be included. RSVP please.
