Tuesday, April 21, 4:00-5:00 pm: Join RN and Certified Hypnotherapist Rene Brent for a positive, impactful session to calm your mind and slow your spinning thoughts during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn some simple techniques to help you feel more in control, along with a few brain hacks to get through this challenging time. You’ll also experience a brief relaxing meditation.
Sundays and Tuesdays, 9:15 am: Strengthen, tone and shape your body in this class that uses body weight and hand weights (optional). Led by Roth Family JCC Fitness Instructor Monique.
Sundays at 10:15 am, Thursdays at 9:15 am: Dance away your worries for an hour of hip hop and Zumba-esque dancing with fun, energy-inducing music! We will boost our immune systems through physical exercise and complete it with a 5-minute guided meditation. Led by Roth Family JCC Fitness Instructor Monique.
