Cooking is about making sauces from making your own stocks to preparing quick sauce to agreement your grilled protein.
Stocks are going to become the base for most of your sauces and soup you can make them and freeze them and use them as needed I like to pour them in ice tray then once frozen transfer them to a closed container in freezer to use whenever I need them.
